MICHAEL HINTZ

Mike conveys over 30 years experience in all roles of production, both on and off the construction site. His successes include both city and private projects where he was responsible for overseeing public money and value engineering expenses of private clientele.

Before co-founding HRW Builders, Mike was a project manager for two large regional companies managing public money projects such as elementary and high school campuses, state vehicle testing facilities and university academic buildings. He also led the construction of city projects including fire stations, airports, city park buildings, and town hall renovations.

Applying his knowledge of Arizona State law, bid processing, bonding, accounting, arbitration, mediation and sound organization skills, Mike is responsible for writing contracts, pricing, subcontractor relations, owner correspondence, operations manuals, and meeting all requirements. He leads a team of superintendents that will competitively bid, skillfully construct, and professional supervise all projects to a productive fruition.

RANDY ROCHFORD

Randy illustrates vast knowledge in numerous aspects of the real estate industry including brokerage, land acquisition and development, construction management, and residential contracting. Nationally recognized as one of the top land brokers for Grubb & Ellis, Randy’s expertise aided in founding Lee & Associates, Superstition Homes (now Great Western Homes), and Granite Homes of Southern California. His talent for building administration makes him a valuable asset in project preparation and long range planning

TERRY ROCHFORD

Terry is a member and Chief Financial Officer of HRW Builders. As a licensed CPA with over 22 years of experience, Terry is responsible for financial accounting and tax operations as well as cash flow of the business. Before joining the team, Terry was a principal with the international accounting and consulting firm of Ernst & Young as a tax and business consultant to hundreds of clients.

LARA KNIPP

Lara Knipp has been with HRW Builders for the past 2 years, with 8 years prior experience in commercial and residential construction. He began his career in the framing industry with Younger Brothers Construction which gave him a great understanding of construction from the ground up. Lara brings to HRW great skill in scheduling and completing projects in a timely manner.
